Welcome to our home page!  We're so glad you dropped by. Come back often to check on our progress, and learn how you can volunteer to help us make  the kids' dream a reality.

 

Whitehall ORCA (Organizing Rural Community Assets) along with many local volunteers and supporters are working on this exciting project.  We want to bring play back to the community of Whitehall, and the first step is to bring back the community PLAYGROUND.  In the upcoming months you will be hearing quite a bit about the playground project.  The project is not only a playground, but a PLAYSPACE.  It will be a place for you to sit and enjoy the sites of the canal and community; watch your children play; have a picnic and just relax.  We are honored to be the steering committee for this project, but we need all of you to make it happen!!!
