About KaBOOM!
What We Do
KaBOOM! is a national nonprofit dedicated to saving play for America's children.
Who We Are
We are peppy, purple-adorned people who passionately promote the power of play!
Partner With Us
Our partners help us to create new playgrounds and to spread the word about the importance of PLAY.
The good folks at CFA Tempe's New Playground asked me to give them some easy instructions they can send around to others to increase the membership of their project.
I'll post my response below.

- Go to http://kaboom.org/join and create a KaBOOM! account.
- Make sure you click the confirmation link that KaBOOM! sends by email, otherwise your account will not activate.
- Go to [insert your project's web address here]. Click the link on the page that says 'Join this project' in the upper right of the page. If you are signed out, it will say, "Sign in to join this project."
Feel free to copy and paste this language into your recruitment emails. Here's a follow-up question for people: would you like to be able to join projects without having to join KaBOOM!? If you didn't join KaBOOM!, you wouldn't be able to participate in any of our community tools or project discussions, but you could receive updates via email on a project's progress. Is anyone interested in that?
