    Welcome to our home page!  The Meldrim Civic Club is currently trying to completely renovate Meldrim Memorial Park. Meldrim Memorial Park was established in 1961 in memory of the 23 people that was killed in the tragic 1959 Meldrim Disaster. Most of the equipment that is currently in the park is 30 years old and several items are unsafe and need to be replaced. We hope to replace some of the unsafe equipment with newer, safer equipment to ensure that the children from Meldrim and the surrounding area that use this park are safe. The other issue that we want to address is the fact that we desperately need equipment that is handicap accessible for the disabled children in the area.
