Welcome to theLVM Dreams Big Playground Project

Welcome to the LVM Dreams BIg Playground Project. In 2005, a small group of parents developed an interest in making the playgrounds around the neighborhood elementary school accessible. Since then, a third place finish in the Boundless Playground contest has only strengthened our resolve to build an accessible playground-the first one in the state!
Kelli and Joel Betsinger became aware of the playground issues when their youngest son, Noah, who is in a wheelchair, entered the school. The school was accessible, however the playground had very little that Noah could play on, let alone even reach. Since then, the movement has grown from a few accomidations to a full-blown accredited playground that will be built next August.
We need your support and so do all of the children who need forward-thinking ideas to ensure that all children, no matter what their ability, can reach the highest levels of a playground structure, and at least for a short time, feel free.
