Welcome to our home page of the Humphrey Playground build. P.I.E. (Partners in Education) is an organization that works with the elementary schools of District 2687. We are currently trying to raise money to work on putting in a new playground at Humphrey Elementary and also put in some additional equipment at Winsted Elementary.
Our first phase had to go in quickly and the community build was May 17, 2008. We had a great group of volunteers come out to help put the first phase together. Please take a look at the photos and watch as the build took place. There were also many that helped with this first phase with providing food and drink for the volunteers and many also helped with monetary donations. This has been great to see the community pull together to help us provide a safer and fun environment for our children. Thank you to all.
