Project Overview
We are very excited that our school has been chosen for a KaBOOM! Project. Parent and community volunteers from Edith Cavell School and The Home Depot are joining forces to build a state-of-the-art new KaBOOM! playground. The playground’s design is based on drawings from our play experts "the kids" of our school. This playground will provide an opportunity to bring the neighborhood together to work as a team with the playground being built in a one-day installation event called "Build Day" on Thursday, August 23, 2007.
Proposed Site
The new playground will replace the current primary playground located on the north side of the school.
