Description:  We are planning to establish a community playground at the Recreation Department’s main center, the Recreation Fields on Route 125 in Brentwood. At these fields, many activities take place for families and community members, but the one thing that has been missing from this area is a playground. We truly believe our children need a comfortable, safe place to play and interact with their friends and family. This playground will be one of those places!

Building a new skatepark
Description:  Ok a few people and myself want to build a skate park at are local park because of the fact that all the other skate parks are way too far.So when we try and ride street places around the area they kick us out so there for we resort to the last place the park and we get kicked out of there by the marshalls.so pretty much we just want something we can have fun with because at our age we are way too big to play on playgrounds. Byck Playground 2008
Description:  To create a playground for the k-5 students at Byck Elementary in downtown Louiville, Kentucky. Byck is a Title I school, serving both students from the neighborhood as well as children from all over the district who have enrolled in the Talent and Gifted Arts Magnet or Waldorf program. The Russell Neighborhood in which Byck is located is in decline, and the area has no exsisting park. The PTA hopes to create a space that is accessible to both students and the community.
