The playground’s design is based on drawings by children from the club. Currently, there is no playground located at the Boys and Girls Club of Utah County. This playground will provide an opportunity to bring the neighborhood together to demonstrate to the children they serve that their community truly cares about them.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson and George Counties/ Mary Ruddiman Unit is currently in the planning stages for Build Day. The Mary Ruddiman’s Unit is located in Ocean Springs, MS which suffered major damage by Hurricane Katrina. All contents of the Club buildings were destroyed including all outdoor play equipment.
