Trumansburg Skate Park

Description:
We plan to build a concrete skate park in Trumansburg in order for our local youth to have a place to practice their sport. Using the talents and energies of our skaters to help plan, fundraise, design and build the park and its amenities, we hope to begin work on the project in the Summer of 2007, transforming an rarely-used piece of Village property into a great place for kids to skate, bike and blade.

Vivion Road YMCA Project Play
|
|
Description:
We are taking an existing playground that has been there approximately 15 years. The structures are wood and plastic and the wood is splintering. With the help of our generous members, community and The Home Depot, we are replacing these structures with colorful, safe equipment that includes a slide, spring riders and a tire swing.
