Lynnhaven Landing Dream Playground
Description:  Community Housing Partners and The Home Depot are replacing a well-worn existing playground at Lynnhaven Landing Apartments in Virginia Beach that will accomodate the over 150 resident children in the community. The project will provide a larger, safer, and more user-friendly playspace to the neighborhood, while encouraging physical activity and creativity among the children.

Maple Avenue Park Renovation Project
Description:  Once considered a thorn and liability in the local community due to it's condition, Maple Avenue Park had all of its playground amenities removed and existing structures left to deteriorate. After meeting with community and completing a survey, it was determined that this playspace needed to be replaced. Our intentions are to install new eqipment and facilities to make this park an asset and focal point of the local community.
