Halifax Elementary School Universal Playground Project
Description:  A Playground with a Difference-A Design for ONE and for ALL!!! At this time, there is a playground on our school grounds with some of the equipment being decades old. The playground is too small for the number of children using it. (both school and community) and it is also unsafe and unattractive. The playground abutts the recreation area for the town and is used by all children during sports times. The current playground is not accessible to children with disabilities.
