Grace Centers believes that a key element in moving people from homelessness to productive members of society, is community, a sense of connection and accountability. Halifax Elementary School Universal Playground Project
Description:  A Playground with a Difference-A Design for ONE and for ALL!!! At this time, there is a playground on our school grounds with some of the equipment being decades old. The playground is too small for the number of children using it. (both school and community) and it is also unsafe and unattractive. The playground abutts the recreation area for the town and is used by all children during sports times. The current playground is not accessible to children with disabilities.

Description:  The Carrizozo Women's Club is working towards a community built palyground at Spencer Park. At the currant time Spencer Park has a set of swings and a large piece of land to add a lot of fun playground equipment. The Carrizozo Women's club wants every family to have a place to go and have a fun place to play and be safe. The families of Carrizozo don't have a safe playground at the present time to go to and have fun.
