Project Overview
Our playground is replacing the playground original to Hopkins Elementary! The playground is used by the kindergarten and special education students. Along with the new playground we will also be building an outdoor classroom, numerous benches, planters, and picnic tables. We will also be painting a USA map on our blacktop along with the games hopscotch and four square.
Our Mission:
Our playground mission is to create an environment that is stimulating and safe for our students.
Proposed Site
Our playground site is located at the very front of the school to the right of the bus entrance. The site is approximatly 100ft by 150ft in size. Look at pictures of our current playground in the photos section of the website.
