The Junior League of Macon and the Bibb County Medical Society are working together to rally the community's support of a large playground that will be handicap useable and fun for all of Macon's children.


Our Mission:

To build a multi-functional playground that includes all of Macon's children regardless of their physical and mental differences.  We plan to have pieces that a wheelchair can actual be rolled onto and pieces that will attract and entertain children with Autism.

Proposed Site

We are so pleased to be included in the plans of the large recreational space being designed at the Old Water Works site.  This site will eventually be the trailhead of the Riverwalk and there will be lots of activities to attract families to the park.
